$2500.00 monthly rental
$ 100.00 Nonrefundable Pet Fee (with prior approval 2 pet minimum and 35-40 lbs)
$ 200.00 Refundable Deposit (required at reservation and returned after check-out when housekeeping says everything is okay)
$ 45.00 Reservation fee
11% State and Local sales taxes
Total includes the housekeeping fee, hot tub fee, linens, and firewood for fireplace in the winter time. Total reservation amount is due 30 days before check-in.
